Important information for your stay in our house.

times for our farm

In summer (end of May to end of September) our animals are on the alpine pasture in the Dorfertal, in winter a visit to the stable is possible from 05.45 - 06.30 p.m. We ask you to arrange a visit to the stables with us in advance. This measure is necessary for your safety and for the protection of the animals. Dear children, we ask you to leave your shoes in the shoe room after the stable visit and not to walk through the house in your stable shoes - thank you very much!

sociable "Knödelabend"

For stays of one week or more, we invite you to dinner. The dumpling evening is an invitation from us. We reserve the right not to hold the dumpling evening if, for example, the children are ill or if there is another "state of emergency". The dumpling evening is always announced in the morning post.

breakfast room

If you would like to stay in our house, you can use the breakfast room and the terrace. There you will find reading material, radio and TV as well as some board games. You will find more interesting reading material in the corridor on the 2nd floor. The breakfast kitchen can be used by our guests from midday. To ensure that the next guests find the kitchen as you did, we ask you to put away the dishes yourself and leave the kitchen tidy. As soon as the dishwasher is full, it can be switched on.

We ask you to always keep the fly screen to the terrace closed, otherwise we will have a few more guests for breakfast the next morning.

room keeping

The times for daily cleaning are Monday to Saturday 07:30 - 12:00. Sundays are "Family Day". We therefore only clean the rooms with a change of guests on Sundays.

If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the room door.

In general, as far as the weather permits, please air your room extensively!

Check In: 02.00 - 08.00 p.m.

Check out: 07.00 - 10.00 a.m.

You must have enjoyed spending your vacation in a clean room. So that the next guests can enjoy the same comfort as you, we ask you to take the check-out times seriously. We are happy if the rooms are vacated earlier, possibly before breakfast.

When you have finished clearing the room, please let us know and open the balcony door fully - thank you very much!

rooms and apartment

We ask you to treat our furnishings with care. Our furniture all comes from local carpenters and is partly made of Swiss stone pine. Of course, despite care, damage can occur. Should this be the case, we ask you to report the incident, usually the best way to resolve the matter is through a conversation.

fridge

There is a fridge on the second floor next to the balcony door where you can store your belongings. We ask you to take your things with you when you leave.

Servicebell

If you need anything, have a question etc., please do not hesitate to ring the service bell in the breakfast room. We will be happy to help you. If no one answers, please try again at another time. You can also send us a message, the number is +43 6645974813.

plays

The games in the breakfast room are available for the children. However, we would like to expressly point out that all toys will not be cleaned and disinfected.

books and magazines

The magazines in the breakfast room are available for you to take out for free during your vacation. You will find books with some local reading material on the bookshelf on the 2nd floor. You are welcome to take the books and magazines to your room.

wellness area

This is available to you daily from 12.00 - 09.00 p.m.. You will find a registration list on the chest in front of the wellness area. Due to its size, the area can only be used by one unit at a time. The wellness area is thoroughly cleaned by us once a day. You will find disinfectant at the top - you are welcome to use this before using the area.

You can put the used hand and bath towels in the laundry basket upstairs. If you need a bathrobe - just let us know.

childrens playground in summer

Directly in front of our house is our TÜV-certified children's playground with slide, swing, sandpit and trampoline. Dear children, we ask you to enter the trampoline without shoes and to put the toys back in the box after playing - thank you very much!

feel good at the Bergerhof in summer

Of course you can move freely around the house. If you want to make yourself comfortable on the terrace, you will find seat cushions in the box on the terrace. Please do not open the parasol on the terrace in strong winds - if you need help with the parasol, please let us know. Please keep the fly screen in the breakfast room closed at all times - otherwise we will have a few more breakfast guests in the morning. For cozy hours on the balcony you will find seat cushions and blankets in the closet in your room. The sunbathing lawn next to the playground is at your free disposal. In general, you will find cushions in the boxes in front of the house - please help yourself!

Of course, our little guests can also use the toys in front of the house in winter - snow permitting. Of course, everything can also be used in the snow. But please, dear children, be sure to put the toys back in the box at the end of the day. If there is snow overnight, we will not be able to find the toys the next morning.

toboggan

There are toboggans and sliding plates in the ski storage room which you can borrow free of charge at any time.
