Our farm philosophie is based on 2 pillars: sustainability and hospitality
It is not only our agriculture that is sustainable, but also the furnishings in the rooms. You spend the night in rooms with larch floors and the solid wood furniture is made by the local carpenter, partly also from Swiss stone pine.
Furthermore, the entire farmhouse is heated with wood chips. This means that all the wood that fell during the 2018 windthrow and snow pressure can be put to good use again.
We also attach great importance to sustainability in our farm management, for example by buying products from regional producers wherever possible, feeding leftovers to our animals and separating waste to the best of our knowledge and belief.
And where does hospitality show itself?
For example, in the large breakfast room with its window front and sun terrace, the sociable center of the guest area.
In the rich and lovingly prepared breakfast; in the small but fine breakfast kitchen which can be used by our guests for cooking from midday until the evening.
In the daily morning post, in the service bell in the breakfast room, when something is needed.
In the question in the morning where the mountain or ski tour is going today, not out of curiosity, but so that we don't have to worry or become aware, if....
In the weekly dumpling evening (homemade bacon and cheese dumplings) to which we invite our guests.
