We are a qualtity tested bike accommodation

We always endeavor to provide our guests with a lockable parking space, a healthy sportsman's breakfast, a speedy laundry service and many insider tips for beautiful bike tours in East Tyrol. We have summarized the most important information for you here:

Bike storage room:

The bike storage room is located in the ski room (to the right of the front door). Bikes and equipment can be stored there. Please always lock the room! The room key locks it

Drying room:

The drying room is located to the left of the front door. The room key also locks this door.

Laundry service:

There are laundry bags in the boxes in the room, please fill them with your dirty laundry. The cost per washing machine is EUR 5.00. Please check that everything can go in the washing machine. The laundry service lasts approx. 24 hours.

Repair kit and tools:

We are happy to provide you with a small assortment of repair kit and tools. Please ring the bell in the breakfast room or at the front door. If you need a "bigger" repair, we recommend you visit Sport Michl in Großdorf or Sport Gratz in Gradonna. We will be happy to show you the way.

Pump in air and oil the chain:

Is possible in our workshop. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

opening hours: 09.00 - 12.00 a.m. and 02.30 - 05.30 p.m.

Sport Michl in Grossdorf, opening hours: 09.00 - 12.00 a.m. and 03.00 - 05.30 p.m.

You will find a folder with the most popular tours in Kals in the breakfast room by our information corner, further information and brochures can be found on the brochure stand at reception. Or you can plan your tour online at https://maps.osttirol.com/

If you would like to travel part of the way by post bus, you can find the current map on the notice board at reception or conveniently at www.vvt.at. With the guest card you can use all public transport in East Tyrol free of charge.

Bike transport in the gondola:

You can take your bikes with you in the gondola. There are special bike tickets available at the lift ticket office in Grossdorf - we will be happy to show you the way.

The maps for the Grossglockner Resort Kals-Matrei bike trails can be found on the brochure stand at reception.

Gondola opening hours: 09.00 - 11.30 a.m. and 01.00 - 04.00 p.m.
